A mobile notary public of our firm will perform public notarial services in the privacy of your office, or other public setting.

There are some major transactions in life that are unavoidable without the authentication of your important paperwork from a notary public. A notary public authenticates documents before they can become and official validated document.

At our firm, mobile notaries are available for both personal and business notarial acts.  

As your mobile Maryland state notary public appointed by the Secretary of State, Brittney serves as a commissioned  impartial witness for your important documents. Notarial expertise will be required to validate your documents.


Uniquely Equipped Consultancy has mobile notaries available Monday through Saturday within the business hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Mobile notary appointments are available for after business hours (after 6:00 pm) Monday through Saturday.

Frequently Asked Questions About Notarial Acts

What is a notarization?

An act, resulting in a tangible or electronic record, that a notarial officer assures the parties of a transaction that a document is authentic, and can be trusted.  Notarization is the official fraud-deterrent process.

When will you need a notary public to witness your document(s)?

Certain business transactions require a notary's  acknowledgement of signatures before the transactions can be completed.  Notary Public's act as an impartial witness in the execution of important documents authenticating fraud-deterrent documentation processes.

Appointment Preparation

At the time of your appointment, you must present your passport, driver’s license, consular identification, or government-issued non-driver identification card.  Do not bring a signed document.  Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization, bring along your witnesses with their form of identification.

Where are notarial acts and services performed?

- Personal notarial acts are performed at a public location chosen by the client.
- Corporate notarial acts at are performed at the place of business.

What are acceptable forms of identification?

A notarial officer has to review acceptable forms of identification to satisfactorily identify the person requesting the notarial act: passport, driver’s license, consular identification, or government-issued non-driver identification card.

What are the price rates of Maryland Notary Public services?

Maryland notarial act pricing start at $4.00 USD per witnessed signature.  The total price is based on the number of documents notarized, and mileage fee.  Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation. Do not bring a signed document. What if I have additional signers?

Additional signers must be present at time of the notary appointment.  All signers must be physically present during the notarization.  Additional signer's $4.00 USD fee will be included into the total price at the time of notarization.  Refer to the pricing section above for detailed pricing information.
